A Consortium of Writers, Artists, Scholars, Actors and Activists whose work challenges the status quo.

About the Imprint

Wicked Good Books, Inc., founded in 2012, is a not-for-profit cooperative, representing a consortium of scholars, artists, and writers. WGB is committed to book projects that significantly advance human knowledge, or that challenge received ideas about culture.

The academic market: Books intended either for the classroom or for scholarly reference are subject to the usual process of peer review, which may take up to six months.  Submit your initial query using the contact form.

The trade market:  Books intended for the general market will be considered only from authors whose previous books have sold at least 10,000 copies; or by invitation.

WGB funnels a substantial share of pre-tax royalties to the educational foundation or charity of the author’s choice.

Registered high school and college students with a family income of under $50,000 may apply for a free copy of any title in the WGB booklist.
